Starting June 3, 2025 at 15:00 UTC, only users who have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification will be able to make deposits and withdrawals.

    - You must complete identity verification to access deposit and withdrawal services.

  2. Deposits from Previously Issued Wallets:
    - Wallet addresses issued before June 3, 2025, 15:00 UTC can still be used for deposits.
    - However, such deposits will be:
       - Placed in a HOLD state (not immediately credited).
       - Credited only after:
           - KYC verification is completed, and
           - User manually clicks the [Claim] button in the deposit history page.
